I need a scanner with a document feeder. I bought a scanjet on ebay with an adf and it absolutely sucks, there’s like 50 things that go wrong randomly. It shouldn’t be that hard to make a scanner that actually works, there are printers that feed documents perfectly, but scanners seems to have all sorts of problems with feeding.

Anyway I don’t need color, high resolution, or anything other than at least 300 dpi b/w scanning, and a document feeder. It doesn’t even have to be fast. But it has to work. People always say “get a scansnap” but I look on ebay and even the broke ones go for over $100. Anyone know of anything that can be bought used in working condition for under $100 that does simple document scanning with a feeder, and doesnt break every 2 seconds?

Anyone have any suggestions on a cheap, yet good printer? Preferably epson, but any suggestion is welcomed. Around about £40 at max, as not needed to do much. Thanks for any answers.
