Hello-
I am basically the sole Help Desk Rep at my company. My company employs about 65-70 employees, we have approx 60 desktops, 21 laptops, 10 printers, ect and I am responsible to maintaining all of that, along with phone/email support, and some minor networking.
To top it all off we have no real Help Desk Tracking system in place.
Does anyone know of a Free, or cheap, trouble ticket tracking system? I have so many ongoing problems and projects that I often times forget about smaller problems that come back to haunt me.
